We ship worldwide from our warehouse. Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives at your door.

Handling time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 4 to 9 business days regardless of where you are in the world. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping cost
Shipping is currently free on all orders worldwide.

Standard shipping rates are 39 EUR when a free shipping promotion is not active.

Tracking
Every single order ships with full tracking included. No exceptions. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Use it to follow your order in real time from our warehouse to your door.

Lost packages
If your order does not arrive we will replace it. No lengthy claims process, no back and forth. Contact us at the email below, tell us your order number, and we will get a replacement sent out to you.
